When you book a lesson with James Platt Driving , the company or individual details provided to us will be entered in to our accounting system. The details entered are Company or Individual Name, Contact Name, Contact Address, Contact Email Address.

It is important to note that accounting records relating to orders for services placed with James Platt Driving will be stored for a period in line with U.K. tax and accounting regulations. This period is set by the U.K. Government and is currently 6 years, or longer if the records show a transaction that covers more than one accounting period.
